Terms & Conditions (Ticket Sales & Event Policies) Last updated: February 2026 Tickets for RRW events are sold exclusively through our authorised ticketing partner (Eventbrite). Entry may require a valid ticket/QR code and a matching ID. Please follow all instructions provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Refunds, exchanges and cancellations follow the policies shown at checkout by the ticketing provider and may vary depending on ticket type. Event details such as schedule, line‑up, or venue may change due to production or safety reasons. Significant changes will be communicated when feasible. By attending RRW events, you agree to follow staff instructions regarding safety and movement within the space. This ensures the protection of performers, guests and the integrity of the live‑fashion environment. RRW is not responsible for outages, delays or technical issues experienced on the ticket provider’s platform. For event‑related questions (not refunds): [email protected] Right of Admission The event organisers reserve the right of admission. Access to the venue may be denied or limited to any person whose behaviour, condition or actions could compromise safety, wellbeing, coexistence, or the normal development of the event. Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these conditions. Beverages & Token System Nave Seis does not sell beverages directly at the venue. All drinks are managed exclusively through a token system, which must be purchased in advance via Eventbrite — either together with the entry ticket or separately through the same platform. Without a valid token, beverages cannot be obtained during the event. This information is clearly communicated prior to ticket purchase and again upon accessing the event. Image Use & Audio‑Visual Content By purchasing a ticket and accessing the event, attendees expressly authorise the taking of photographs and video recordings during the event. The organisers may use this material on social media, promotional content, and official digital channels of the event, always respecting the dignity and integrity of individuals. If any attendee wishes to request the removal of an image in which they appear, they may contact us via our official email.
